The Pearl Program partners with schools and community resources like housing COMPLEXES and community centers to build a connection between school and home. By providing students with adults who see the best in them, they are able to try out the tools that they learn and new ways of being with the support of trusted adults in multiple areas of their lives.

Transformation

A side-by-side comparison of two photographs labeled 'Week One' and 'Week Eight'. The first photo is a sketch of a person with long hair, resting their head on their hand, wearing a hoodie. The second photo shows a young girl smiling, wearing a colorful hooded jacket with a pattern of red, green, and blue, holding her hands up near her face. Both photos include quotes: 'I am athletic, a playboy, and Mr. take yo girl.' and 'I am excellence, fairness, and growth.'
Collage of various images and illustrations, including a black-and-white map, a colorful painting of a woman sitting on a bed behind curtains, a magazine cover titled 'ESSENCE' with a woman's face and a landscape, a smiling woman holding a water bottle, and cut-out sections of photographs and maps.
A collage of torn paper pieces forming an artwork with a woman in a pink outfit, a woman with a jungle background wearing a headpiece of grapes, and a colorful surreal landscape with animals and faces.
Watercolor abstract design with black, gray, and beige shapes, and black ink lines. Text on the cover reads "The Pearl Program" and "relationships with yourself and others."
