The Pearl Program

A self-discovery program aimed at helping students learn more about what is good and right in them and how to shine these qualities of themselves at school, at home, with friends and in the community. Discover your strengths, community, motivation and values through surveys that inform, art that is freeing, and discussion that builds voice and empathy.

Meet the team

The magic is in the team that makes this work possible. These Pearl Program facilitators work in various group settings at schools, at apartments buildings and at community centers.

The Pearl Program partners with schools and community resources like housing complexes and community centers to build a connection between school and home. By providing students with adults who see the best in them, they are able to try out the tools that they learn and new ways of being with the support of trusted adults in multiple areas of their lives.
